Tenzile KOÇAK

Associate

Tenzile Kocak mainly focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and employment law. She has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including distribution, sale, supply and procurement agreements. She also provides advice on corporate governance and compliance matters to the local and multinational clients concerning a wide range of legal issues. She has worked as a lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. At the Court, she dealt with cases concerning various human rights issues.
